Job Description

Senior Account Executive (Mid-Market & Enterprise SaaS)
Location: Hybrid –San Francisco (preferred) or New York City
Compensation: $120, 000 - $150, 000 base, $240, 000–$260, 000 OTE (50/50 split)
About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company that's redefining how finance and operations teams automate their most complex workflows. Their AI-powered platform helps businesses streamline high-impact processes that rely on multiple, often messy, data sources —all without requiring engineering support.

They're now expanding their go-to-market team with a Senior Account Executive who's ready to own a hybrid "land-and-expand”motion across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is your chance to join a fast-moving team, sell a transformative product, and be part of a company at the forefront of the automation revolution.
What You'll Do
  • Run fast, strategic sales cycles with finance and operations buyers —typically 30–60 days from discovery to close.
  • Drive new revenue by identifying high-value problems and leading prospects through risk-free proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Expand your book of business by developing champions and growing existing accounts into enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Lead discovery and demos that show clients how automation can transform their day-to-day operations —no IT team required.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy —help shape the playbook for scaling enterprise sales as the company grows.
  • Be a culture builder. Celebrate wins, share learnings, and help foster a team that thrives on curiosity, energy, and execution.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with mid-market or enterprise buyers.
  • 2+ years in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally focused on data, workflow, automation, or finance solutions.
  • A strong track record of quota overachievement and consistent sales performance (visible on LinkedIn or resume).
  • Experience managing high-velocity deal cycles (under 60 days) and expanding accounts after initial close.
  • Exceptional communication skills —you can explain complex technical concepts simply and persuasively.
  • A self-starter who's excited to own a territory, experiment, and drive measurable impact.
  • Able to work 3–4 days per week in-office (SF or NYC).

Bonus Points:
  • Background in finance, consulting, or banking.
  • Rapid internal growth in prior roles (e.G., SDR →AE within 1–2 years).
  • Degree from a top university.
Why Join
  • Be part of a company with strong product-market fit and a customer base of top-performing, tech-forward organizations.
  • Sell a product with real-time ROI that clients see within weeks —not months.
  • Enjoy fast, visible wins —typical deals close in under 60 days.
  • Work directly with a tight-knit, high-caliber team where your ideas influence GTM direction.
  • Competitive total compensation ($240–260K OTE), unlimited PTO, premium healthcare (including dependents), 401K, commuter benefits, pet-friendly offices, and free in-office lunches.

If you're a high-energy AE who thrives on momentum, collaboration, and selling solutions that change the way companies operate —this is your next big move.
