- Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems and components for complex machinery.
- Manage design from concept to final production, including CAD modeling, system integration, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure system-level alignment.
- Perform FEA and thermal analysis to improve structural performance.
- Oversee prototyping, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical subsystems.
- Create and review detailed technical documentation, including BOMs, design reports, and user manuals.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of mechanical design experience in industrial or manufacturing applications.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.G., SolidWorks, Creo) and FEA software.
- Strong understanding of materials science and thermal and structural analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including welding, machining, and 3D printing.
