Job Description
We are partnered with a global leader in manufacturing to hire a Plant Accounting Manager for their large-scale facility in Lawton, OK. This is a high-impact, on-site role for an experienced accounting leader who has worked directly in a plant or distribution environment. You'll lead local accounting operations, partner with plant leadership, and drive key financial processes tied to inventory, controls, and reporting.

- Own all plant-level accounting functions including month-end close, inventory, and internal controls
- Maintain SOX compliance and oversee internal control processes
- Set and manage standard costs and material cost tracking

- Lead and develop a small, on-site accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing or distribution plant
- Currently working at a plant or distribution center (not a corporate office or HQ)
- Strong experience in inventory accounting, standard costing, and SOX/internal controls
- Team leadership experience
