- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience in industrial or manufacturing applications.
- Proven track record in securing sales wins and driving new business growth.
- Strong knowledge of industrial materials processing and technical product solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for managing customer accounts and sales data.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering presentations, responding to RFPs, and building client relationships.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience demonstrating and installing equipment.
