What You'll Do
•Analyze MCA applications, including revenue trends, credit reports, and business viability
•Conduct merchant reviews to gauge funding fit and risk levels
•Collaborate with a team of 10+ underwriters on daily/weekly deal flows
•Apply the firm's credit box with provided training to structure sustainable advances
•Support portfolio monitoring and risk mitigation in a hybrid office/remote environment
Skills and Competencies Required:
•Analytical mindset for evaluating financial health and default potential
•Comfort with fast decisions in a volume-driven setting
•Integrity and attention to detail in a regulated industry
•Onsite availability in Lakehurst, NJ (with some flexibility for remote after onboarding)
Desired:
•Familiarity with MCA tools like bank statement analysis software
•Ability to thrive in a collaborative team of in-office and remote underwriters
