ISO Business Development Representative
Job Description
We are partnered with a thriving direct lender in the merchant capital space, experiencing rapid growth and building a reputation for speed, transparency, and strong partner relationships. Backed by institutional capital and run by industry veterans, our client is looking for a driven professional to help us expand their ISO network and drive revenue-based funding volume.
What You'll Be Doing
- Use your existing ISO and broker relationships to bring in new submissions and drive funding volume
- Source, onboard, and manage ISOs and brokers while deepening engagement with your current network
- Build trusted relationships with partners to drive deal flow and repeat business
- Serve as the front-line point of contact for submissions, feedback, and issue resolution
- Guide ISOs through underwriting expectations, product details, and submission best practices
- Strategically grow your book of business and collaborate with leadership on partner development, SEO/SEM initiatives, and scaling infrastructure
- Potential to scale into a leadership position managing additional reps and shaping strategy
- 2+ years of experience in revenue-based lending, MCA, or ISO-focused financial sales
- Established broker network and active ISO relationships you can immediately leverage
- Demonstrated track record of bringing over a book of ISO business or building one rapidly
- Strong understanding of lending products, buy rates, underwriting, and partner lifecycle
- High energy and self-motivated—thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
