Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close.
  • Sell consultatively to founders, operators, business owners, and finance leaders.
  • Become a subject matter expert on how customers can grow and operate more effectively using the platform.
  • Work closely with product and growth teams to refine positioning and accelerate sales conversion.
  • Build repeatable processes and help develop the early sales playbook.
  • Leverage networks and customer relationships to drive referrals and expand account penetration.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-velocity environments such as fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • One to five years of closing experience.
  • Ability to sell into SMB and Mid-Market segments.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent writing and concise verbal articulation.
  • Relentless follow-through, high urgency, and comfort making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Competitive drive gained through athletics, entrepreneurship, or other high-pressure activities.
  • Willingness to build in-person with a high-performing team.
Work Environment
This is an in-person role based in San Francisco. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the city. The work culture emphasizes collaboration, speed, high output, and a strong team-first mentality.
Compensation
