This company specializes in high-performance polymers and custom extrusion tooling, with operations spanning multiple facilities across the U.S. Their collaborative engineering teams work across production, quality, and supply chain to deliver precision components for demanding applications. They are looking for an Extrusion Process Engineer with strong extrusion tooling experience to lead die design, optimize manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

Design extrusion tooling and develop processes for mono/co-extruded plastic profiles and tubing.

Manage tooling development projects end to end scheduling, sampling, documentation, vendor coordination.

Troubleshoot process issues and lead improvement initiatives.

Work cross-functionally with Production, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Support sister sites with tooling and process solutions.
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
-
3 5 years in plastic manufacturing (extrusion process/die design)
-
Proficient with AutoCAD and CAD-CAM
-
Familiar with PVC, HDPE, or similar resins
-
Able to work in a plant setting (lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8+ hours)
