Job Description
We are seeking an experienced full-time Estimator to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in estimating residential and light commercial construction projects.
This position requires strong communication and collaboration with internal management, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial estimating, a solid understanding of construction principles and practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong mathematical aptitude, and well-developed organizational and computer skills.

- Analyze and interpret plans, job documents, and engineering specifications.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive takeoffs.
- Define the scope of work for all construction trades and the client.
- Evaluate labor requirements.
- Solicit, qualify, and negotiate sub-contractor bids.
- Prepare complete estimates in proposal formats.
- Conduct site visits for potential new projects.
