We are searching for a dynamic Engineering Project Manager to spearhead our multidisciplinary New Product Development (NPD) Engineering team.
This position is based in our new facilities in the Greater Seattle area. We will assist a strong Engineering Project Manager with relocation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering projects from concept through to completion, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and controls design.
- Implement structured project management practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with teams across disciplines to refine designs and accelerate development cycles.
- Experienced in managing engineering projects, particularly in heavy machine design and equipment prototyping.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, with a solid foundation in mechanical engineering.
- Adaptive, with experience in both startup and larger organizational contexts.
- A natural leader, capable of mentoring teams and driving projects forward.
- At least 8 years of engineering experience and 3 years of project and/or people management experience
