Business is thriving and we are expanding our electrical engineering teams in Lehigh Valley PA and in Boston. We are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer/Electrical Engineer to develop innovative and high-quality products for lighting and energy control systems.
If you have three to 15 years of experience, we' d love to discuss our Senior HW/Electrical Engineering roles, Lead Electrical Engineering roles or a Principal Electrical Engineering role with you.
We will assist a great engineer with relocation to Allentown, PA or Boston, MA.

What you will be doing OR Job Details :
You will use your expertise with analog electronics, digital electronics and power supplies to design, develop and test circuits in our lighting control products. You will work on with electrical, mechanical, software and manufacturing engineers working on all aspects of the product life cycle - from PCB development to prototyping and testing all the way to launching into manufacturing and interacting with the end customer.
Design, develop, and test circuits (analog, power, RF) for use in lighting controls
Work collaboratively with a team to design maintainable, elegant, and world-class solutions
Balance a variety of tasks related to: requirements gathering, circuit design, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting
Mentor and coach colleagues to expand the effectiveness of those around you
Work on cross-functional engineering teams on all aspects of the product life cycle - from schematic capture, PCB development to prototyping and testing all the way to launching into manufacturing and interacting with the end customer
Design, qualify, and launch production test equipment
Enjoy other capabilities aligned with your skills, experience, and interest
What you need for this Position :
Bachelor' s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, or Math, with a strong academic record
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits and physics fundamentals
Proficiency in Schematic Capture and PCB layout
We' d be really delighted if you have:
Power electronics experience
Embedded experience
Experience with smart connected systems and IoT
RF experience and/or
Understanding of Synchronous Buck Converters, Boost, Flyback
