Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director Tax Counsel, you will oversee and manage the income tax process, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, while also directing outside tax preparers.

What you will be doing :
- Guide the organization on tax-related matters and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of income tax returns, including VAT & SUT compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tax planning strategies that minimize liabilities and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay ahead of tax law changes and their impact on the company.
- Support audit processes and maintain strong relationships with tax preparers for our multiple entities.
- Work across departments, such as Engineering, to capitalize on tax incentives like R&D tax credits.
- Play a pivotal role in reducing the organization's tax burden and ensuring accurate and timely tax payments.
- Provide expert guidance to management to mitigate tax risks and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in income tax compliance and planning.
- A minimum of 8 years of tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle).
- A deep understanding of Federal and State Income Tax regulations.
- Knowledge of Income Tax Accounting.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience as an in-house tax professional in a multinational environment.
- Broad tax experience, including exposure to indirect tax.
- Familiarity with One Stream, Checkpoint Edge, and other tax related software.
