Job Description
We are partnered with a leading small business lender specializing in alternative financing solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Executive focused on managing and growing relationships with existing clients. You'll work with our clients to ensure they continue to secure the best financing options for their business needs. This role is ideal for a sales-driven, process-oriented professional with experience in business development, inside sales, customer success or account management.

- CRM & Sales Process Management –Use HubSpot and other CRM tools to track client interactions, automate follow-ups, and maintain a structured renewal pipeline.
- Customer Education & Support –Help business owners understand their financing options and optimize their funding strategies.
- Collaboration Across Teams –Work closely with underwriting, sales, and collections teams to enhance the customer experience and drive higher renewal success rates.
- 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development (BDR), account management, or customer success.
- Tech-Savvy & CRM-Experienced –Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
- Sales-Driven & Process-Oriented –You understand sales cycles, pipeline management, and structured follow-ups.
- Strong Negotiation & Relationship-Building Skills –You can handle objections, build trust, and close renewals.
- Competitive & Goal-Oriented –You thrive in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.
- Background in Financial Services, Lending, or B2B Sales is a plus (but not required).
