We are looking for a Building Controls Sales Manager with experience leading sales initiatives for Client and smart building technologies while mentoring high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.

- What You Bring:
- 10+ years in building controls and sales leadership, with expertise in Client, smart buildings, and clean energy initiatives.
- Proficiency in emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and advanced analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve strategic goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building consensus.
- Competitive salary: Base Salary 150 to 175K plus substantial commission with overall earnings up to $275K
