Job Description
We are partnered with a leading commercial HVAC services company to help them hire a Service Maintenance Sales Representative in Chattanooga, TN. This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on generating new business and closing high-impact preventive maintenance contracts in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Defined
This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on new business development. You'll prospect, qualify, and close preventive maintenance agreements with commercial clients while working closely with the operations and installation teams. This role is a great fit for sales professionals who are energized by hunting, not farming.

You'll be the first point of contact for new customers, educating them on the value of preventive maintenance and building long-term partnerships that ensure operational reliability and peace of mind.

- Track pipeline activity and manage follow-ups through CRM
- Serve as a professional, consultative point of contact for prospects
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to align proposals with capacity and capabilities
Required:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B setting
- Proven track record of closing self-generated business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a full sales pipeline and work independently
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated
Desired:
- Familiarity with HVAC or building systems
- Experience selling service agreements or recurring revenue contracts
- Comfortable presenting to business owners, facilities managers, or executive teams
- First year OTE: $80k-$120k
